Dialup Username/password extractor

I'm looking for an app to read(extract) dialup username & password. I had something some time back but I can't remember what the name of the program was.

Preferably something free/opensource.

No not really, I sometimes need to backup all settings for clients in the event that they upgrading a system and keep some of the files & settings, such as email, bookmarks, & other system settings.

I taught instead of leaving the dialup settings blank and waiting for them to ask me how to add it, I'll just do it myself without having to call the isp for details.

I'm using adsl, so don't worry I won't be using their login details.

I know that in the old Windozes, sending a EM_SETPASSWORDCHAR Windows message to the edit box fixed the "*" stars. For newer M$ versions you'll need to decrypt it.
