actually it looks like MTN is asking ICASA to play dead and ICASA turned around took a wizz on MTNs leg and then rolled over an barked at them to scratch ICASAs belly

I just wish somebody eventually sue EmptyN for loss of income because of their delaying tactics. I bet their monthly legal bill is way less than the amount they have to concede because of the the new MTR's. So they actually winning by delaying the introduction of these MTR's for as long as possible.
Public revolt is needed here.
Unfortunately there is not much I can do as I have severed all business with them long ago.
