Did Something Stupid, No answer from Openweb

I signed up for an internet account with openweb last night. However It was just before I was about to go to bed and I was pretty tired. These days I have mostly been using my work email address. But I choose to put in my gmail account. However I filled in the first part of my work email address (very similar to my gmail address) and added @gmail.com. Now this is obviously the wrong email address. After I realized what I had done (about 1 minute), I created a gmail account for the incorrect address I filled in. But the email with the username/password has not come through.

I tried to phone openweb last night twice and this morning but I get no reply. I am leaving to go away early tommrrow morning so I wanted to leave some dls going before I left.

Is open web a small company that only has tech support during 8-5 week days when one is at work and doesnt need tech support?

Thanks for any advice, some of us arent so bright :o
 
OpenWeb does not have a 24 / 7 support system. Only during working hours :sick:

Best you email them and hope for the best.

MrBEEP is in fact the CEO of Openweb. He is very helpful and gets on the case right away. I am sure he does not sleep :P

I did at the time of that email. Still nothing though. No matter how many times I try to phone tech support I never get through.
Try 0861 22 44 66, I gaurentee you wont get through!
 
Hi guys, I have been sorted out!
Eventually got through to tech support. Person said My account would be activated on SAT (6 days after signing up). But Mr Beep somehow got it ready much faster. I am now connected!
yay openweb!
