Digichilli Experiment

Hey I'm new to DC++ hubs, but want to know if uploading will affect downloading? Thanks in advance guys & girls

Going strong.

Connected after it told me that the ip wasn't something bla bla bla...

Used the firewall last resort method. working like a charm.

Shared 40GB.

Unfortunately not on a 4 meg line but I'll be on after 6pm. Adds data and sources.

See you there

*** A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

Am getting this error and i changed the connection settings to firewall passive last resort

Any ideas?

Click the "GET IP" button in your settings. Disable passive mode and also make sure your correct ip is set under BIND IP address in the top right.

DC is weird like this but I set people up every year at rage (and co-managed the ibust hub for most of its life) so I'm quite used to its retardation.

Also for socket errors check the Advanced-> Security section and click generate certificates and check all three tick boxes AS WELL AS the above steps I just mentioned.

Lastly make sure you've forwarded ports on your router as portforward.com instructs.
