WOW a huge drop in the last few seconds here by me......my http download went from 2 hours to 6 and is now back to 2 hours

Going very nicely 30-45KB's
 
Tomorrow raises a big question Dave...

What big plans do DC have for New Years Eve? Going out to get lekker drunk, or just chilling and making Hilly work? :)
 
Speeds returned to normal, Hilly just had a quicky :)

WRT the slow speedtest results, from what I can tell, single thread downloads are still not 100%.

Dave, care to comment?

PS, FDM + Rapidshare Paid ACC + 384 line + Mild Package = 140meg per hour! Share that between a mate, with the 20% discount. R200 for an awsome month to come!
Double PS, R200 / 31 Days / 24 hours = 27cents per hour

oh dear - Intn'l speeds are half what they were earlier.

What has Hilly broken? Please get it up and running nice and fast before you guys go out pub crawling tomorrow night. It might be a while until you're in a condition to fix things again.

Try rebooting the pc and resetting the router by switch off/on and relogging at 10.0.0.2.

I have reset my router and rebooted...still the same, getting 3kbps avg on torrents with a mild package and 512ADSL line....Whats up?

my http downloads are going just fine, will test a torrent now now
 
torrents are not great atm, but Dave has said they're not where they want to be with torrents just yet...
 
Although i have managed to do 37GB since the 12th of Dec I will be cooling down my account until all these problems have been ironed out.

I can get the same amount of bandwidth for what I need to do for alot cheaper.

Wow, even browsing???? I understand torrents to be dead, but browsing is super. It times out some times, but nothing a lil refresh can't fix. Just reboot your router and get back in here again; it should be ok after.

Just give it a few minutes. My speeds have dropped and with each test I run they are picking up slowly.

At around 11K and climbing.
