Very thankful that I've seen this thread tbh ...... probably saved me time, frustration and money in the long run. And the attitude from their 'staff' is shocking. That alone is a major turn off, you bad tempered Digichilli chaps should know that!

To answer your PM, I am not referring to the man who publically called you a jackass, but your overall attitude towards potential customers.
