Steam is no-where, downloading Dirt 2 demo and it is just sitting will try logging off and on to see what happens.

Torrents the same they are either A: Moving very slowly or B: Not at all.

Astraweb the same as above.

Speedtest from my side is refusing to go to London.

HTTP browsing is fast downloading is slowish between 5 - 15 KB/s. Some sites I still cannot connect eg: Stumbleupon.

All in all nothing has changed for me :? :(.

Will reboot router to see what happens.
 
Right so if you are currently connecting please do not reboot your router :(. I did and for some reason now I cant browse with my DC account :(. Using my Telkom account right now...

Don't think it had anything to do with you rebooting. Mine just stoppped working as well.

+1 Mine just stopped, as well. Nothing was working. Must be something they're working on. Also on another account now.
 
Maybe I'm the exception to you guys...

Yes international isn't 100%, but I'm going to sort that with some fancy routing a bit later myself.

But everything else seems to be pretty ok for now...

Yep, it must just be DC tweaking. We should consider the next few days as tweaking time. :)

No, can log in and router shows it working fine, but also dead when trying to use it.

Not trying to be a smart ass, but if international isn't working and 98% of their bandwidth use so far has been international, what exactly is the "everything else" that's "pretty ok"? :D

you know that other miniscule portion of bandwidth that we use :p

Current situation

The one Cisco router doesn't want to play nice with the shaper. We wanna take out the hammer. Our hammer involves rebooting it. We can't do that until a slightly quieter time as it will affect the whole network not just our segment.

Techie is busy Cisco whispering and praying while we ready the hammer. Hammer time is 20:00 tonight.
