Aargh, Http was working beautifully, now it's barely functioning.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop Dave, and for making the effort on a Sunday. I have to admit, it's very frustrating for the user - but we appreciate the difficulties you're having and the effort you and DC are putting in.

Are the users who've signed up and paid for December going to get 20% off in January as well?

Yeah, mine's even slower than it was last night.
Getting about 80KB into an http download before it stalls.
 
Dave, you guys doing some work on the network at the moment... Things have really hit rock bottom for me? Appears I am not the only one...

I think I have a fix for all of this...

Hilly needs to abuse the kawfee machine and Dave needs to send him some inspirational photos of Megan... all will be well with the space-time continuum if thats the case :D
 
You're not alone burn :D Though I still have my original set of issues.

@Dave: I'm afraid I still can't browse using chilli through my router but PPPOE works reasonably :D I did get a new IP though.
 
I just have two torrents going .........not using HTTP, but torrents are moving at 18KBps collectively ........I'm not complaining

No misdirection but I checked my favourite other ISP, Afrihost (Se-ri-ous! They're my benchmark) and some http issues do exist. And they're on the IS network so dunno who is to blame. Can someone tell me?

I've seen it with everyone. If the posts in MyBB are are looked at 24/7(as in my case) then a pattern emerges. It stems from telkom...

Ive had some good speeds with digichilli for the last week or so and have downloaded a lot, As of today my account wont authenticate anymore, so have i been banned? I actually find that funny, everyone complains for poor speeds but for those having good speeds and downloading too much gets cut off, too many happy customers ? :D
