Its probably only going to be 500mb per day from now on, and this only includes browsing and linux updates.

Hmmm HTTP speeds are still funny (bad funny not the yay happyness kind) after the shaping was implemented earlier today....or perhaps it's more the general adsl issue? Not sure but I just hope things return to goodnessity soon.

Haven't had any issues with my afrihost account either except for that few minutes of international outage a few days ago. It has been my saviour

Read something to the opposite effect earlier in this thread..............but am evidently too lazy to find it again and link it. Perhaps the "issue" is already over and Digichilli are just tail-spinning a tad? Or perhaps........*sinister look in some vague direction* there was never any issue........at all?

Basjohn - I read that post - thats why I switched to Afrihost .......to test. I experienced no issues.

My Afrihost is still horribly broken so it's not just chilli for me at the moment Makes it awfully hard to troubleshoot.

Getting a glorious 300bytes/sec on a download at the moment.
