Call of Duty 4 doesnt resolve the server name at all... doesnt even giv me a ping

lol i also misread that wen he posted about his 128kbps speeds. well the account most DC users have is 256K, which yields speeds in the 40-50k region. lol i think his was only running half speed all the time.

Mild, I have a 384kbs line, and am getting between 256kbs and 350kbs. KILO-BITS.

The 128kbs he is referring to is 128kbps (kb==kilobits).
256->32KBps burstable to much faster..

a mild account is the same as a spicy account just 2 simultanious connections... im on the spicy and things arnt great at all... like 0.11kbps when i do a www.speedtest.net run

Mine is the same. Yesterday HTTP was completely dead, but torrents were going. Since this morning, nothing at all.

Just got home.. My report:

Steam, connects and updates
MSN, working
Skype working
Browsing fast and pages load instantly. Sometimes would timeout, but a simple refresh loads it quick.
News server downloading at 100KB/s average.
Torrents: Dont use them, they always slow
