DC has been as open and transparent as can be.......

I have not been lied to by them in anyway at all....so where you get that ''lied to'' stuff I don't know....

I have had nothing but brilliant service from them without a doubt what so ever.....

Yes there are times that I got frustrated as many people did but to get all spit full and nasty now that is just silly......

Anyway I am sure that when you get a good hard lesson from the world you will learn to be more tolerant.....


there are much better ways of handling your desperation and one that is filled with logic is to let them know that you have no further use of their services and why and then move on


Kewl...I shall do that, but as I said, not before I teach them a hard, very hard lesson. Sad, you clearly don't know when you are being lied to...:)

i also have had only good service from DC
 
Oh, thanks Dave. Good to see you are alive...thought I'd at least get a response after my 4 emails and 5 PM's...just admit it man, your network engineers don't know what they are doing...you now want to park this at the user, when your technical team cannot getting shaping right.

hmmm, at this stage you'll do anything to get your network stabilised, even at the cost of some of your users...NICE

Sorry, can't find the answer in this thread. What is the exact problem now? Is it the upstream provider, is it neotel, telkom or us users for using the product? The exact problem is never really identified, or am I not reading clearly. I don't possesses the ability of blind faith so I like answers :p My fear is that there are no answers, oh well. One more day of this account so my concerns are not too strong. Just really wish this would work :)
 
It's pretty clear that digichilli's network cannot handle the number of users that have signed up - I'm pretty sure there's more than 50 users now ;)

So what they might be doing is banning a bunch of accounts, keeping quiet about accounts that can't authenticate and hoping that the number of people hitting "cooldown" plus the banned accounts will decrease the network load enough so that it seems like everything is sorted for the users that remain.

Now here is one person who actually figured it all out...that is exactly what they are doing, others just cannot see it. I must admit, Proff was the first to figure it out.

Yes, the minimum guaranteed speed thing :p Kind of the essence of the product, sucks when you never get it :)
 
hmmm my paid for account seems to be working again. no idea what changed but I'm smiling. :)
 
Can Auth But No Traffic

I have just been able to authenticate and was able to login to userstats.adsl.saix.net but now I cannot browse.

I spoke to their support and they say that there was a problem with their Radius Server which has been resolved, but now there is no traffic.:confused:

Hopefully they will get it resolved.:D

Seriously now. You cannot simply argue against me as a journalist (I believe you stated that you are one) with facts and backed up statements, you just choose to insult. I have quite a few users on MyBB who would back me up but I don't need them to. You are a nobody here.

Otherwise, the fact still stands that DigiChilli is taking something away from you which is not right. I would've preferred if you were confronted BEFORE their "sysadmin" blocked you from accessing the network completely.

Unfortunately these things happen and guys, you just need to contact Dave about it and see what he and his hammer day about your specific problem.
