Browsing seems fast. Torrents are coming down at 2-3KB/s. I'm on a free account.

I saw MANY pages ago that DC will throttle torrents in order to sort sumin out if I remember correctly? I'd like to sign up and pay in Jan.

Dave... 2 simple questions...
I don't actually blame you for not posting updates on this thread, it's gone to sh*t.
But...will torrents be allowed at acceptable DL speeds? (20-30KB/s) If so, when?
