I received a response from Chantel this afternoon - nice and quick. She needed specific reasons as to why I want to cancel and get a refund. i think that was enough to explain to her.
Well, I dont have the refund yet - I guess she has to check if my reasons I good enough.
I made the move on Monday - no regrets yet. The connection has been great. Staff service levels much the same........
