Syrinx manufactures a passive looping device that sits between NTU & router. We have been using it for 7 years now in our VPN solutions. We can tell when a line starts running errors, we can remotely loop & test line & provide Telkom with a detail of the problem. We can prove the NTU interface is faulty.
