Investigate and write a article about DigitalRiver a Upstream Tracking provide that went offline on 23/24 Feb

South African CPA networks like Trafficsynergy and Offerforge has since been offline

This downtime in there data center is costing top level SA domains and Affiliates lost in Revenue from advertising.

Its also months end and I am personally losing commission on possible sales because all my tracking url's are dead due to this downtime

All my adwords ads went to disapprove after this downtime witch was a good thing to stop be spending money to a dead end page

I actually received a reply from offer forge stating that the SUN engineers are working on the problem I wonder what "sun" this is
