Digital TV decoder control system could be canned: DoC

Trying to save your job by trying to deliver "fast track" items that are already way overdue is better than the normal inaction, but I think a bit too little a bit too late. Plus thanks for more talk, but when I see some action I will believe it.
 
Hasn't the STB's been reviewed over & over before? Wasn't the DoC the cause for the original delays?

Here's an article from June 2010 stating ..

According to Kantor, going through the relevant processes (including ITU, SABS and ICASA processes) as well as local STB development would delay DTT in South Africa by another 3-5 years. This is in addition to the delays caused by the current review of the specifications called for by the Department of Communications.

So the DoC wants another review on top of all the previous reviews, where they were the ones causing the delays .. yet Pule now wanna convince us this is actually going to fast-track anything?

Pull the other one ..

Pule sounds stupid telling other they don't know what digital is. I doubt she knows.
