Disappearing airtime

Can mybroadband please research the disappearing airtime on the Cell C home conecta sim. 2 days ago I accidentally recharged my Home connecta sim with R25 airtime. I tried sending the airtime to my main cell c number via airtime share but realised it won't let me, so I enquired on Facebook about the matter and was told by the cell c admin that I can't transfer it. So figured I'll leave the airtime there then top it up when I need more data. Today (2 days later) the airtime left is R9. This number isn't subscribed to anything as I've blocked those. The number can't make or recieve calls or even sms messages. So where did the airtime go?
