Disappearing data - prepaid DSL

I just loaded 20 gigs onto my account on the app.
Not even 1 second later, I click back and almost 1 gig already gone.

How is that even possible?
And dont tell me my downloads did this, it takes a minute or 2 to authenticate the modem.
I checked and added the data on my phone using the app with wireless

Anyone else noticed this happening?

Well if data is missing on prepaid i would hate to use their capped products. I'm waiting for fiber to be installed and connected then done with this

It's possible that you may have overshot your balance the last topup you purchased. I'd have to check your account to get an idea.

This is definitely not a general problem. Our usage records are verified and audited regularly, so I am very confident that the records are accurate. We just need to make sure we are interpreting them correctly.

Got to say I am extremely irritated with the explanations given, these support guys dont listen or read what you explain to them.
Really **** service from the team.
Will not be using them again if this is how they deal with queries, I wonder if other are seeing this issue too?
