Hi all,

I use 60GB prepaid.

I received 5120MB at beginning of month. I used 200MB and next time I plugged in, I found that 3500MB missing.

Unexpected "windows updates/downloads", excepted. Someone else using at it at house, as well excepted.

What happened to 3500MB? Where did it go?

or do u have a virus or malware?

This is excepted as well, here is my usage:

Yesterday: Plugged in modem, checked data = 5120MB.
Yesterday, Hours later: Checked data = 4900MB, plugged out modem.
Today: Plugged in modem, checked data = 1500MB...

What's with all these "exceptions"?

If the updates were unexpected, then they were unexpected.

Exceptions are meant by that it is very unlikely reason for missing traffic.

Read following.

Yesterday: Plugged in modem, checked data = 5120MB.
Yesterday, Hours later: Checked data = 4900MB, plugged out modem.
Today: Plugged in modem, checked data = 1500MB...

There is no way to use 3.5GB without plugging in modem.

Hi, do a virus and malware scan. After you scanned your PC check that there's no back ground programs running that can use data.

Cheers

Oh maybe just take the sim back to cellc and let them check for u, if the data usage is correct
