They are busy mechanizing their whole back of the dispensary. They place and order in the front (Pharmacist) and mechanical arms collect the meds from the dispensary. Amazing to watch. Cutting overheads, but I think that's probably the reason for listing. They need money to have it rolled out all over. Good investment I would say.

So a solid long term investment. It's a question of when to invest then is there going to be a massive buy up or sell off at launch with retail I have no idea. Either way it's only going to be a few rands a share.

look at the obscene dividends they 'gave' themselves in the last two years, mind boggles.
Article on Moneyweb where the directors benefit twice...

Bit silly that I need to TRANSFER the funds to my account BEFORE I know how many shares I'll be allocated... I bet its a pain to get the funds out again too...

how do you know this?

For ALL intended purposes... a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend :p
Its "for all intents and purposes".

Oh and that is a textbook case of insider trading - criminal offence. Do try to be a bit more careful...

Only if I knew this would affect future prices for a fact which I obviously don't. They are doing something and need funding for it. I'm sure I'm allowed to know why they need it and make an educated decision on whether to invest in it or not. Insider trading is selling or buying shares if you have information that you know for a fact will make a difference to a listed share price and act on it before it happens. This isn't even a listed company yet :p
