Any non FNB client will tell you the same about the FNB rules.

Unfortunately most people can only contextulise what they read once they see it and have to apply it in practice. Once you start using it the rules actually become straight forward and all the reading you have done to date will start to make sense.
 
Anyone know if one can convert Discovery Miles to Avios through British Airways anymore?
 
Was flying back from Durban after the holidays and wow the service from the Bidvest lounge was lame. Felt like the receptionist just didn't want us to enter. The SAA lounge closes too early. I must say lounges aren't as big a benefit as they are made out to be.

I used the Lounge at OR Tambo and thought it was better than the SLOW lounge. Certainly less crowded, and better food and coffee.
 
The 32-day notice account: If I gve 32 days' notice, presumably I still earn the 7.25% through those 32 days? And then can I just re-deposit whatever I end up not needing the day that I withdraw it? I won't know 32 days in advance exactly how much I'll need.

breakfast at King shaka was a joke, coffee terrible and place felt dirty last time i travelled. Was severely disappointed. However returning through cape town lounge was great and best meatballs ever. Guess they are just not very consistent
 
Any additional benefit to having the full banking suite versus the credit card only?

They do this to make it very difficult for you to see how you will be screwed. Because in the end you will be screwed, stay away from anything Discovery.

No idea. I've learnt to not look forward to anything Discovery promises and just focus on what's currently live.
 
Anyone know hot to change the credit card payment due date / debit order date digitally?

Found an option in the app to change the account to debit from but I can't seem to edit the date.
 
Android app updates bring new changes.
A friend didn't see anything on their iPhone but updates were fine for my partner and I on Android.
 
Has anyone used the standard (Not euro / dollar / sterling) transaction account to receive foreign currency?
