Discovery - don't try to phone them

I have a Discovery Credit card and want to query the miles - try phoning them - a muffled voice directs you from automated pillar to automated post. F-O-U-R phone calls later I'm still trying to speak to a person

How can anybody trust this bunch with their money?

Shame. That’s why I love purple vitality. I just send the consultant an email to get someone from the bank to call me. And usually I just have to wait a day.
