Bastard crooks are raising my contributions by 11%...even more than 2024. Gotta find over R1000 more every month.
With increased profits of 7% for heath, and 17% for the group in 2024, they whine about increased costs?
How TF do these assholes get away with this?
I'm guessing everyone is going to main briefly and then just fork out another above cost of living increase.
Starting with closing my Discovery Bank account. Then go look at other medical aids. Really sick of these crooks.

Varies based on plan. Smart is lowest increase consistently year on year. Assume due to minimal admin.

As always, they pick the ones that offer the best benefits, knowing that those members likely are trapped for various reasons and need those benefits and have no choice, and they increase those the most. Lesser plans have fewer increases as they know those members get limited benefits anyways and aren't their core source of revenue.
