Still with them. Used to get between R800 and R1200 back each month over my and the wifes car. but that took a nosedive the last 2/3 months as the sensor's suddenly stopped connecting to our phones so most of my and the wife's trips are now uncovered? Got a new sensor at tiger wheel eventually for my car which mostly fixed it for me but the wife is still struggling. Need to find the time to go sort that out as it does cost us money now.
My other big complaint is for Samsung phones using the GPS does not count as using your phone. Somehow for Honor devices having the GPS on makes the app think I am playing smartphone games while driving or something as it deducts hundreds of points for a single trip. Makes it dangerous as when going somewhere new I try do it without a GPS which can be more dangerous if you get lost, or have to make u turns. Very frustrating. Current best solution is to turn off bluetooth when I have to use the GPS and just take an uncovered trip penalty. Sometimes they don't deduct points for those and sometimes they do.
The cash back can be amazing and I have a colleague on diamond status. She puts the cash back into their little savings account which doubles it again and then uses that to get free new tyres, services etc. Personally I prefer the cash even if its half the value. Due to the cash back for over a year our insurance cost was easily R1000 to R1500 lower than my previous insurance for a long period but it can get fiddly at times if you run into technical issues like we have. And yes we are both boring drivers. Only harsh brake in emergencies, almost never speed, and take corners slowly. If you drive aggressively its not for you.
