Is there anyone on here using discovery medexpress?

I get my chronic meds at dischem for several years.
I recently (last year) received a communication from discovery that "forces" me to use medexpress. Totally ignored them.

When I called medexpress for a quote for my chronic meds , I couldn't see a monetary benefit to using them.

I'm on a core plan. So discovery pays a pittance towards my chronic meds.

I just don't see the benefit of using medexpress.

Am i missing something by not using medexpress?

It's convenience over having to fetch in store but the current rules allow medexpress and dischem. You can set it to pickup at dischem. They are most likely trying to track your actual pickup of chronic.

Convenience. For my first script I have to phone through and take a pic of my script with the app. Once processed next time I just need to hit reorder on my app, confirm delivery at last location and im done. Even shows which meds are due.

My wife uses them. Free home delivery.

I'm told that dischem also offers free delivery. I have never used it.

For me to swop over to med express there has to be a quantifiable rand benefit.
