Website just doesn't load. No error. No 404. Just nothing - times out.

Works on my phone using Afrihost, or when I tether my laptop to my phone. But not via CISP.

No idea what DNS I'm using - never changed it. I could have a look I suppose.

I notice other websites are not working, like virgin.com

I have opened two support tickets - obviously CISP haven't bothered to respond yet.

Still having an issue and Cool Ideas still not responding.

@PBCool are your staff working?

Definitely not happening on my side unless my router decides to suddenly filter out specific domains which I find highly unlikely.

It isn't that. With the exact same browser in the same configuration, it works if I tether to my Android phone which uses Afrihost.

Honestly I'm over it. Because I'm emigrating, today is my last day of Cool Ideas. They asked me to run a traceroute, but I just didn't bother. Tomorrow nothing will work anyway.
