Disgusting service from Telkom

Guys please be careful when doing business with telkom...

Telkom takes its loyal customers Ƒό̲̣̣̣̥r̲̅ making making machines.

I had a telkom prepaid line with telkom Ƒό̲̣̣̣̥r̲̅ 18 years, without proper communication they just closed my line saying that I'm owing.

The only way to get a line back is to open a post paid account (another contract) and get a new number... Really

Clearly telkom does not regard its customers Ƒό̲̣̣̣̥r̲̅ the loyal service at all...


How pathetic is this?

Don't take it too personally.

Is this a business or home line?
I haven't had a home landline for years now, just don't see the point unless you need it for adsl.
 
Thats why I say Very High Level Digitally Embedded Corruption, is VERY poorly understood, and till it is, and a digital correction came, the world will eat into itself as the future comes along. I feel sorry for the next 3 generations as it's going now worldwide even with all the investigations going on. Its the only time in history of the planet where none of the political ideologies can actually work, seeing they all depend on money and the 3 basic resources,
1-Water(Nature),
2-Electricity(Man made),
3-New=
Digital(Man made)_(The abstract danger).

-Poorly Understood, its too abstract for most to understsand.

it's a homeline but Is been the number I have had for years, to have it abruptly closed is making me update that's all.
 
I cancelled my landline and ADSL connection with Telkom 2 months ago, now for the second month in a row I have been charged for the canceled landline and ADSL connection, When I access my account details on the Telkom portal the land line and ADSL connection no longer show. When I went into the Telkom shop close to me they say there is nothing they can do I must sort the problem out online. If anyone can help to resolve this, please send info to me.
