Disney Plus glitchy experience

very buggy app and unreliable streaming experience. makes netflix feel as if its on a local SSD drive. Ill give them some time for teething issues i guess

Using Xiaomi Mi Box to stream most of my content, connected via AFrihost with Openserve.

Only issue been experiencing is that when you first stream a title it tends to buffer at first and take about a minute or two to find its feet, otherwise have not had an issue yet.

On the website
Trying on the app it redirects me to the website but when I select add streaming services I only get options for adding streaming versions of DSTV boutiques.

Will try desktop now

I wanted to cancelled to my netflix and go Disney But I think I wait a bit till you guys sorted all issues out.

I cant even get it to work on firefox. Its just stuck on the "Who's watching" screen.

I have the Hisense 58a6g and there is no Disney+ app for Hisense, and also Britbox etc.
The SMART function is apparently Vidaa, yet I have still yet to find Britbox app....even though there is a huge advert for it in the Vidaa Homescreen.
Crazy to think we still have to rely on 3rd Party boxes to get what we want on a 6month old tv

A D+ app is currently in development for the VIDAA platform for us locally, just be patient, it will arrive in a future firmware update. As for the Britbox app, I have that on my 65U6G :)

Same. Won't work on one laptop's firefox, (works on my PC's firefox) but works with Edge on the laptop.

I've been using Disney+ from the first day in South Africa and it seems that this Hotstar version can't handle 4k. My Samsung TV app doesn't support 4k(support says Samsung is not supported yet). I then tested my bedroom Google TV (on my non-smart 1080p tv) on my 4k Samsung TV with better results in 4k and Dolby Surround. I went and bought a Xioumi 4k stick from Takealot(it was on special) and had the same problems in 4k(buffering and then kicked out of the app) so I send it back and got a Google TV (pug). Now the app does exactly the same(buffering and kicked out). The app changed from one week to the other. Seems that Disney didn't test this Hotstar version at all. Updates make it worse. So frustrating as I love the content on Disney and need to see it in proper 4k.

4K has been an issue on all my 4K TVs ... Keeps buffering, and then just stops. Works fine otherwise, just 4K is a mess (I think I mentioned earlier in the thread it is trying to pull data at 80+ Mbps, instead of around 25 Mbps)

Sheesh this hotstar app is terrible, no start from the beginning, it crashes, it can't connect it, things buffer when they shouldn't, heaven forbid 2 people are watching it at the same time. This app feels like Showmax when it just started in 2015.

Wait till HDR kicks in...

Even if you somehow get it to work, it's not proper 4k

Anyone else experience constant logging out on Apple TV? I have to put in a new code everyday. Drives me insane..
