I bought an ADSL router from them which was faulty. So I took it back, thinking it would take a few days at most to replace. It has been two weeks and I am still waiting. Emailing hasn't helped.

This is a real pity - I have had brilliant service from them in the past (I was impressed when the router in this instance took just over a day to arrive). However it seems their after sales service is lacking - I actually ended up buying another router from somewhere else in the interim.

Sadly, that will be my last ever purchase from Sybaritic. :(

Dude, I can honestly say that i have bough from these guys a couple of times, and once I had a problem with my Wireless-N device (not too long ago), I took it in, and within 2 weeks I had a new one .. Only problem is that i live in Pta and the guys are a little bit far from me !

I also live in PTA area, just discovered an online shopping store based in PTA, placed my 1st order with them..will see how their services are...they are called Titan Ice Computer Store.

They're relatively well known :)

Not that bad, I purchased a Netgear DG834 router form a guy before which died, I sent it back and he received it, after that he lost it so I never got jack *****e back

That's the same problem i've had with Sybaritic. Their after sales service is a big let down. It took me 2 months to get a motherboard checked, although this happened over the postal strike period.

I like sybaritic :) but then again I never needed to send anything back.
Luckily :) hopefully that doesn't happen anytime soon.

I did too when I never had to send anything back.

Based on this experience I will be sourcing my next system upgrade elsewhere. Which is a real pity because their standard sales service, prices and delivery times are first class.

I just cannot afford this kind of lead time on returns if things are faulty.

I've just had a really nice experience with Sybaritic.

Ordered a case, Mobo and cpu....

point 1, mobo didn't support the cpu (older chipset that didn't support any of the new Core2Duo procs), Sybaritic swapped it out with no questions,

and the Courier damaged the case and again they credited me for it with no questions what so ever.

Took longer than I wanted to get all the kit in my hands because of the issues, but the experience has been pretty decent and I will shop at Sybaritic again.

I bought a PSU (Zalman - 3yr warranty) from them in January 2008. It packed up last week.

Dropped it off with them on Monday, got a note today that it has been replaced. I'm going to fetch it in a few mins.

Definitely can't complain about the service.

Bought some things from them before. Everything was in working order and is still working and I like the peace of mind that I can drive there if something breaks or to pick something up.

Also their prices and service has been good.

Havent had problems with Syabritic though, they have always been keen to help.
