All Over...
I just purchased 3 sets of Divoom xForce 1H speakers (for retailing) and are VERY dissapointed
Everything works fine EXCEPT for what my intention was to buying them in the first place...for BASS!
The SUB-WOOFER can go louder or softer, but the BASS Frequency does NOT respond (although the TREBLE and MIDDLE works 100%)

Now I'm just waiting for some feedback from Esquire...there was a point that i felt of throwing them out of the f'n WINDOW!:mad:

I have bought and sold quite a few Divoom products. Always been happy.

I have tried it from a Genius 5-1 as well as my onboard Realtek (that i know DO suck), but with the same problem. I have an old 5-1 Home Theatre system, and with that it plays just fine. the reason why i suspect a bad BATCH, is due to the fact that EVERYTHING on the remote works...EXCEPT the BASS-freaquency....Treble = 100% and Midrange = 100%
There is DEF NO diff in "bass-frequency" when hitting the bass-button's + OR - (Althought the VOLUME of the sub-woofer works) :(

i have the same speaker set, the bass adjust on the remote only affects the satellite speakers and not the subwoofer. Only way you will change the subwoofer freq response is throught the ac3 codec settings or ur music players gfx equaliser. Also the satellites are mainly midrange & treble with very little bass response.

oh and btw ensure to connect it thru the stereo inputs as the ac3 input will only work if your pcs soundcard is setup 100s for the subwoofer output thru the mic in on your soundcard. Your soundcard will ,ost likely only output thru the mic in to the subwoofer when a dolby digital/dts track from a video file is played and not when winamp (or whatever music player u use) plays music.

Thanks for the feedback Edduck. In THIS case, i think its a CRAPPY system, as my older Amp (5-1) actually has a "geniune" bass-frequency on its subwoofer AND sattelites...you must hear THAT sound! BEAUTIFULL!

ps: i couldnt even hear a bass-change on my smaller speaker WITH ac3 (Dolby) :(

Hi Edduck...After listening VERY carefully, i could finally hear the "slight" bass coming from the Sattelites...but its a VERYYYY small difference...
...now i dont know if i must rather send this back or not :(

@Eddick
Just thought i want to thank you mate...you help was useful!
I installed the AC3 Filter and all problems solved!
Thx bud :)

Ok, so final verdict? Are they decent enough speakers for the price? Been thinking about upgrading the old 2.1 set ..

Final verdict? I feel like an ARSE! lol
Yep, GET IT!!! You wont be dissapointed. What helped me GREATLY was downloading the AC3-Filter (not only the codecs)---> http://ac3filter.net/projects/ac3filter/releases
Disable ALL Equalizers you have, and ONLY enable AC3's OWN Equalizer...brother...what SOUND!!! wzmacniacz ;)

Oh, great! Was planning on getting the same speakers - couldn't believe they were so cheap. Great to hear that they work well :)

YEP!!! All you have to do, is AFTER installing the AC3-filter, use the Windows CLASSIC player (mplayerc.exe) to play your mp3's ;)
AC3 will automatically be activated :)
(just play around with the AC3 settings)

What?

NO Thanks for me then - I'm not using media player to play music

The only "crap" thing about this Divoom speakers, is the BASS-Control on the remote...you will hardly hear any diff in frequency. If it wasn't for the AC3 filter, i doubt i would have bought this set for my pc.
The AC3-Filter in my opinion is what made me purchased this set...

Any further progress with this guys?
I'm on the verge of buying a new speaker set.

However, music through mplayer = X
