I'm trying to help someone out. He's divorced and the bank wants a copy of his divorce decree - he's not on good terms with the ex and does not want to ask her. Has any of the info in this thread changed? Go to the high court and apply for a copy?

People who are already married. bigamy is a punishable offence in South Africa. Such marriages are also null and void under South African law
