Other things that were supposed to come into force many years ago:
- Cell C
- SNO
- LLU
- e-Rate
- New productivity factor in price cap regime
- Potential forth and fifth cellular operators
- Potential third national operator
- Completion of tariff rebalancing
- Telkom submission of COA/CAM to ICASA
- etc etc etc

It might do if you could actually call it from a SA landline/Cellphone - but ya cant. You also need to have a adsl account from mweb which means you've already got a landline.Tns said:getting a mweb voip number does sound like a good idea!
