DIVX enabled dvd player

Bought a another tv for the spare room and now i need a dvd player with usb input that plays most media? Any suggestions? I usually play media thru my ps3. Saw one of this small ones at Hifi Corp for 250, gonna go test it out in the morning.

I got a Philips from HiFi Co a few months back. Plays all the DivX I have thrown at it so far, and even rips CDs to MP3. Was only a few hundred bucks and works great.

any new samsung or LG work great for divx, just make sure it has a usb port.

I use a playstation 2 soft modded with free mcboot to play media over lan from my pc, also bought a universal remote control for R50 and it works great.

You could also look at the new MP range of iSonic media players at www.isonic.co.za (MP109, MP111, MP113 etc.). Prices start at <R200. They should be able to play most DVD .vob files from a flash drive unless you specifically want a DVD player. From my experience the AML8613 players (MP-111) are very good value for money. You should be able to purchase them online from www.ikonicIT.co.za, www.zapsonline.co.za, www.cafeviva.co.za etc.
