I dont think a single person will know this, as I cannot see a single other person buying a POS phone like this.
So I bought a Dixon XK1, it has the KAIOS OS installed, I actually just wanted to play a little with this OS. I would like to move to a dumber phone in the near future, but one thats not completely dumb lol. KaiOS seems to be the answer for this. You get Whatsapp, FB, Maps and Youtube. But no browser. Then your basics like a camera, Calculator and the small usefull stuff.
But this Dixon phone. O my word, what a horrendous phone. It seems like it's physically impossible to get into its "settings". I cannot change the time. It has Wifi, but it's impossible to enter the Wifi credentials. You can take photos, but there is no gallery....there is no calculator, no calander, no ringtone settings. It has a clock with date but you cannot set it. It does not even have SMS.
It's supposed to come with its own type of play store. This thing has no play store of any sorts from what i can find. All you can do from this phone is, FB, Whatsapp, call, and take a photo (which saves to fck knows where)
On the bright side, I bought it secondhand in cash crusaders. So it only cost me 150.
Does anyone have an instruction manual, Maybe there are some button combos I need to press to access the "settings", or any of the other options for that matter.
