ive got this one customer that has a problem with a dlink router . and ive checked the line , ive checked the account . recreated the ports . telkom says the dsl light should be amber or green ( cant remember as im still blowing off steam atm):wtf:
now customer says its not amber its an offish-green . not completely . so im guessing since its not the line or the account (as its topped up) and the manual settings worked fine for 4 days ) it has to be the router that needs to be tested or replaced . now he is angry because telkom says its me and i say its a telkom or router issue .
