dlink stubborn #$%

ive got this one customer that has a problem with a dlink router . and ive checked the line , ive checked the account . recreated the ports . telkom says the dsl light should be amber or green ( cant remember as im still blowing off steam atm):wtf:

now customer says its not amber its an offish-green . not completely . so im guessing since its not the line or the account (as its topped up) and the manual settings worked fine for 4 days ) it has to be the router that needs to be tested or replaced . now he is angry because telkom says its me and i say its a telkom or router issue .

so it is (could be)the router . knew it . this guy has some serious pardon to beg . and to ask forgiveness for his rude manners . some peoples children sigh

Please be so kind as to contact 08600 DLINK (35465) so someone can try resolve the issue. Should they not be able to resolve it over the phone, you can take the routing to our Centurion office to be looked at.
