DLL Problem, please help

i just bought myself a new laptop and i'm hyper sensitve about it cause it cost me a lot of money. but now its giving this problem about Dll....

The image is not loading - perhaps you can explain the problem some other way?

Edit : Maybe you should make sure the link is accurate - looks like it was parsed by the forum software somehow.

it says : The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occured because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.COX was occupied an address range reserver for windows system DLLs.The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

You recently updated windows didn't you. This error seems to be caused by Microsoft's latest security fix for the .ani vulnerability that was released on Tuesday. Some of the guys at my work who had updated got the same error. http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/04/04/ms_cursor_bug_patch/
