"DN is Invalid" Error Help Telkom Wont

Hi All,

Got the following message from Axxess "Please be advised that we have received an error while attempting to process your Line Application. The error received is : DN is invalid, please contact Telkom(if you can please get the consultants name & surname) on 10210 to query this issue. Please advise us once the error has been cleared so that we may resubmit your application."

I am trying to contact Telkom been on hold for 30 mins. Has anyone had this problem before and resolved it?
 
What were you trying to do, that's the important part.

DN = Directory Number, so make sure you gave them the correct phone number and the line is actually active.
 
I was applying for DSL line through Axxess, the phone # is correct and line is indeed active....
