Got the following message from Axxess "Please be advised that we have received an error while attempting to process your Line Application. The error received is : DN is invalid, please contact Telkom(if you can please get the consultants name & surname) on 10210 to query this issue. Please advise us once the error has been cleared so that we may resubmit your application."
I am trying to contact Telkom been on hold for 30 mins. Has anyone had this problem before and resolved it?
