Lol, I inadvertently left out the part of the story where I typed Diablo 3 into Take2. :o
 
The trailer looks pretty good, not blown away but it looks like fun, and that's what Duke 3D was all about, gore, humor and fun casual gameplay, for me anyway.

And if it is indeed released: Come Get Some! :D:D

Now, the only problem is that I don't run Windows anymore.... and won't be on the new system I am building either. Oh well.

Exactly why I run dual OS. Lets face it, if you want to play games (most of them) you have to run dual OS.

This is true, but I would have to convince myself to PAY for an OS, something I haven't done since XP (never had Vista or Win7, so didn't pirate one either). I will think about it, if DNF is good enough.

OMG this game better live up to the hype! From all the teasers and gameplay trailers on youtube it looks like a real kick ass shooter! I just hope it is sandbox style and not all frikken linear and verkramped...

Where in the trailers does it look sandbox? This is Duke Nukem, not Bordlerlands!
 
The screen shots on take2 look worse than Max Payne 2... I wonder if this game will slowly start to look better and better as you play it?

Old screenshots are old. Those are from probably the version based on the Quake 2 engine. Check the videos on youtube or just google duke nukem forever to get the latest stuff.

I doubt the game will live up to anyone's expectations nor will it be worth the delay. If it's just as good as DN3D I'm happy, I generally don't go into something with expectations, especially when there's hype.

I don't care if it's good or bad, I just want to buy it so that I can be part of gaming's biggest ever news story.
