Hi , I have a Huawei B315 3G/4G router and want to change the DNS setting on the router to the Norton Connect Safe dns settings so that any device connecting to the internet will by default use the dns configured in the router.

I can't find the dns settings to change in the router settings, do I need to setup a new profile?

I know I can configure the pc dns itself but that does not cover family or friends that mght connect to the router via wifi.

In the later firmware revision there are even more options available, but this one is exactly what you want. When you change DNS settings router will restart. All devices will still think that nothing has changed, as it works as DNS relay (pointing to itself), it is why you should also issue a command "ipconfig /flushdns" from the command line or at least restart all devices on the network to help clear device cache.
