dns hosting - who?

Does anyone know of any companies, preferably local, who can provide DNS only hosting.

I know GAM provide this, but who else is there. I want the following:

1. redundancy
2. NS servers in SA and abroad
3. Ability to edit and add my own resource records types, so not just limited to A, MX and CNAME
