Unplug your keyboard, and use the virtual keyboard to play around on your pc, that way you'll know if your keyboard is faulty.
To get to Virtual keyboard, Click "Start" type OSK and hit Enter, it will come up.. And then of course, unplug the keyboard and have a go around and check if it still does the same thing.
Like a lot of other replies said, it looks like a faulty keyboard somehow.
I have been using the OSK all morning and not had any issues. perhaps my keyboard is fooked!
