Do I need IPT or DIA?

If I registered with AfriNIC and I got an IPv4 pool from them and a AS number and I peer my switches with NAPAfrica, would I still need IPT or DIA? The way I see it, I should have internet access from the a server, configured with an IP Address from the pool and I should be able to access this server publicly?

Your server will only be able to communicate WITH the peers at NAPAfrica and not through

You would need transit from someone if you want to be on the wider internet

You'll need IPT for all the ASNs who don't peer with you at NAP Africa
