@OP, let me present another scenario...

You bought the "original" Drifta, not the USB or Walka.

Remember the first batches of these had the original firmware/software loaded and it could be patched to "stretch" the viewing screen size.

Plenty of guys went to buy these only to find that MC had upgraded the firmware and the patches no longer worked. So they got pissed off and returned the unit, which was then re-sold to you!

but mcd .....if they did that fine ....and if they managed to make it "new" again, who would have known......but they did not cover themselves by clearing the unit of previous owners ...

manager of game gave me a call but asked him to call back as i was busy ....hasnt done so as yet

so how would that be the OP's problem, game should not be puting them back in circulation rather send it back to MC to 'wipe' them.
