Do not sign up with Axxess Uncapped

I signed up with Axxess uncapped 2 months ago. Since then the speeds have gone from bad to worse. I've given up watching a simple 2 minute YouTube video because it takes more than 5 minutes to buffer. Today I signed up with Mweb, just like that.

The speed from my Axxess account became a joke on my 4MB line. I took the speed test with Axxess then 30 minutes later after signing up with Mweb, another speed test. The results are astounding:

The IS uncapped accounts (cheap ones) does seem to be a problem at the moment. Poor bandwidth allocation and planning from one of SA largest ISP's?

Can anyone comment on Axxess' 384kbps uncapped service?

My Axxess uncapped line keeps going from 0 kb/s - 100 kb/s during normal hours and then 0 kb/s - 400 kb/s during off peak times the last 5 days or so !!! WTF ...

Can anyone comment on Axxess' 384kbps uncapped service?

Been there...done that...cancelled. Was awesome the first month....second month breaking a 15k overall download speed on torrents was reason to crack a beer.

so I did sign up for Axxess 384kbps uncapped.

Torrents were limited to about 15kB/s last night (worse during the day yesterday, but that was expected)

HTTP downloads are being limited to between 25 - 30kB/sec today (Saturday)
