Do Sa Carriers support personal Hotspots on Ipad?

I have a 3rd generation ipad, running ios 6.01

I bought me a telecom sim card for R149 and now want to share my ipad's internet connection via wifi with a few people on tour with me.

In my settings I have no option to enable Personal Hotspot,

Doing research online, I see some carriers do not support this option,

Pray tell Oh wise folk, do Telkom support this then?

You may have to contact them and request the feature be activated on their end. Before you do make sure you have APN settings saved on your iPad. Hotspot feature remains inactive until these APN details have been saved.
