Try it and see. There are some capacity issues with Telkom in the Cape Town area but they are working on upgrading it at the moment.
If you are happy with <400Gb a month they are good for you. It's funny to read the other ISPs threads where people have to change account login details and all sorts of other business hours crap to get connectity. With usenet/http you are line speed 24x7 when you need it.
