I know a chap that eats meat, bread, and chips. Burgers with no garnish.

Seems strong and healthy.

I also know a vegan lady. Having her 4th child in her 40s. Still pumping enough milk to sell some as well (yes, weird people buy that, apparently).

Those tommahawk steaks always look good. They're over R200 each at Spar. I would buy it but I know I will **** it up on the braai. Maybe I should try it over the braai in a cast iron skillet with butter and rosemary and stuff, I think @Smugs has a recipe
