It's about cruelty so as long as you don't cause harm to the HUMAN (need to clarify for the weirdos here) then swallowing is vegan ;)

Vegans also exclude Eggs & Milk from their diet.

Vegetarian is anti animal cruelty. Vegan is anti animal products.

So semen is vegan friendly then ?

I only eat meat basically. I have been on the carnivore diet for months now. But I also eat nuts/full fat cheese/eggs etc. Basically a Keto diet without the veggies. I lost 26 Kg in 6 months (108-82), stopped snoring, stopped getting heartburn, have more energy, and sleep better. Also stopped farting (But the poo is a level of death smell wise with this). No carbs and no sugar.

Vegan is anti animal cruelty.

Vegetarians still consume animal products, be it eggs, milk, wool etc so it's not anti-cruelty, just anti-meat.

On both the reason for being so is up for debate.

Fact is Vegan dont eat any animal products vs vegetarian that consume Egg, milk and so on.

Those tommahawk steaks always look good. They're over R200 each at Spar. I would buy it but I know I will **** it up on the braai. Maybe I should try it over the braai in a cast iron skillet with butter and rosemary and stuff, I think @Smugs has a recipe
Reverse sear and finish with real butter, salt, course pepper, whole garlic cloves and rosemary in a skillet. No more than 30 seconds. Alternatively I like to let it rest and then have a nice big dollop of anchovy butter on it.

Jissis, now I'm hungry.
