We have a full time house keeper who we sent on a course to also assist with the kids, and then a weekly gardener.

There's no way we'd manage without help.

Very unusual. How do you hire them ? Ours are usually by referral within complex/friends etc and I don't recall a single incident reported in our complex. I mean, post covid, it is not like these jobs are dime a dozen so it is really not worth for anyone to lose it.

complex referall. Then the lady who recommended the first one had a look and found her stuff missing too.
Second was also on referral.
Third was a company with cleaners. they cleaned out the jewellery completely. Owner just said she trust her people and they wouldn't do it.
