nope .never again ,had everything of value stolen that could be concealed in clothing .domestic in the house again ,never .
Eish !! I'm lucky then. My 'helper' or domestic worker has never taken anything without asking. Even when there is money lying around. Actually she gets quite emotional if she accidently breaks a glass.

Tried three times.
First time she stole my wife's watch.
Second cleaner stole her rings.
Third stole some shoes.

So never again.

Our domestic started off good, then got lazier and lazier.
At the end all she did was eat everything she could find, and repack clothes. And started helping herself to stuff, so we let her go.

The gardener on the other hand is one of the good ones.

so lucky .we lost over 250k when the detectives arrested her ,she said to them "julle sal niks kry nie "well some items were recovered in coffee tins buried in her yard .she sold a R25000 diamond necklace for R500 to a pawn shop .we never got it back was purchased by somebody with a fake id .

I pay my mom to come in twice a week and help my wife with getting the chores done. Usually involves the holding of babies as well.

Funnily enough, she says that doing cleaning and chores is a lot easier when it isn't your own house.

Have a gardening service that comes in twice a month just to keep things tidy.
Window cleaners come in once a month.
House cleaning service when we want to do a thorough cleaning.
Carpet/upholstery cleaners as needed.

Other than that can clean up for ourselves.

My wife and I keep the house clean. Neither of us like the idea of someone else going through our things. Do have a gardener though. There's no way on planet earth I'm mowing 5000 squares of lawn every week

Used to do it ourselves and would prefer to still be able to, but age has caught up with us. We still want our house and garden for pleasure and our dogs.

Nope, never have. Don't want strangers in my house. Grass gets cut by complex gardeners though.

We have never needed one. Just the garden guy, once a week.
